We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development professional to join our team as a Senior Manager – Training.

Note – Experience in Behavioural Training is Must .

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver impactful learning programs
• Develop innovative training content and learning architecture
• Drive employee capability building and performance enhancement
• Manage end-to-end L&D initiatives and training effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
• Lead digital learning initiatives including LMS, gamification & microlearning
🔹 Preferred Experience:
✔️ 7–10 years in Learning & Development / Corporate Training
✔️ Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
✔️ Experience in BFSI / NBFC / Banking domain preferred
✔️ Knowledge of LMS and modern learning solutions
🔹 Skills Required:
Training Delivery | Instructional Design | Learning Architecture | Talent Development | LMS | Stakeholder Management | Program Management
