Oversees the Food & Beverage department by managing restaurant operations, staff performance, guest satisfaction, cost control, and quality standards. Ensures smooth daily operations and revenue growth.
3. Housekeeping Manager
Manages the housekeeping department to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort. Supervises housekeeping staff, conducts inspections, and ensures hotel standards are consistently achieved.
4. F&B Executive
Supports the Food & Beverage Manager in daily restaurant operations, staff supervision, guest service, inventory control, and maintaining food quality and service standards.
5. Sales Executive
Responsible for generating business through corporate sales, client acquisition, and relationship management. Identifies new business opportunities, achieves sales targets, and promotes hotel services.
6. Housekeeping Executive
Assists in supervising housekeeping operations, allocates work to staff, inspects guest rooms and public areas, and ensures cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
7. F&B Cost Controller
Monitors food and beverage costs by managing inventory, stock movement, purchasing records, and cost analysis. Prepares reports to improve profitability and reduce wastage.
8. HR Executive
Handles HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, grievance handling, performance support, and maintaining employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies.
9. HR Intern
Assists the HR department with recruitment, documentation, employee records, onboarding, training coordination, and other day-to-day HR administrative activities while gaining practical experience.
