We’re Hiring: Training Manager / Assistant Manager / Lead Trainer – Noida
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹7–8 LPA
Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
Experience: 5–9 Years
Vision India Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead training operations, develop learning programs, and drive employability and professional development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement structured training programs
• Conduct soft skills, communication, and workplace readiness training
• Develop training content, PPTs, assessments, and curriculum
• Manage trainers and monitor training effectiveness
• Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and feedback sessions
• Maintain MIS, reports, and batch progress updates
• Drive learner engagement and process improvements
Required Skills:
• Strong training delivery and facilitation skills
• Training content development expertise
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team coordination and stakeholder management
• Good knowledge of MS Office, PPT, Excel, and reporting
