👉 What we are looking:

8 to 12 years of total work experience, with at least 5 years owning L&D, Organisation Development – QSR, F&B, FMCG, services, manufacturing, technology

Strong design ability — capable of building frameworks, architectures, and learning systems from a blank slate

Coach senior leaders one-on-one where appropriate; commission external coaching where the situation calls for it

Owns Learning & Development, Organisation Development, Leadership Development, Performance Management, and Culture. Transactional HR (payroll, compliance, employee relations) sits in a separate function
