Looking - Area Training Manager Required

We are hiring for the role of Area Training Manager for Bhopal location.
The selected candidate will manage the entire MPCG state.

Required Experience:
✔️ Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Sales Training, preferably in the BFSI industry
✔️ Proven experience as a Team Manager
✔️ Strong track record of designing and implementing training initiatives to improve sales effectiveness, productivity, and team performance
✔️ Expertise in conducting:
* Classroom Training
* Coaching & Facilitation
* On-the-Job Training (OJT)
* Learning Management Systems (LMS)
* Train the Trainer (TTT) workshops

Key Skills Required:
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Strong presentation and facilitation skills
✔️ Expertise in stakeholder management
✔️ Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MIS, and data management
✔️ Exposure to AI tools will be an added advantage
✔️ Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
✔️ Excellent planning, multitasking, and time management abilities
✔️ Willingness to travel extensively across the territory for field visits and training interventions
